We had an excellent interaction with this company, from start to finish. We have an unusually shaped back yard, and none of the jumpers that I originally liked would fit in our yard. I ended up sending a picture of our yard, and received assistance in determining what would fit, and we went with the only one that would actually fit in the yard successfully.
Delivery was made in a timely manner, and the slide was cleaned from top to bottom. The kids had an amazing time, and pickup couldn't have gone smoother. We will definitely be using this company again

We have used big Texas jumpers for over 2 years. We started using them for the fall festival and We have since used them for birthday parties, baby showers great company

My thoughts on this company is nothing less than amazing. I emailed questions I had and they were answered with no problem, with quick response may I add! I booked with no problem! I had to cancel and requested a refund, both done with no problem! I’m not sure how everything goes when it comes to the day of having to receive the equipment but if had to rebook based off the little experience I had I DEFINITELY WOULD!
